Outside, new stucco and a roof were recently installed. There is a fenced half lot with both grass and a beach/sand area for playtime and buffer area that prevents one from feeling “crowded” as is the case with properties downtown. A pergola with wifi lighting controls allows for socializing at night and elicits oohs and aahs from passerby walkers. Both sides are fenced to keep our furry friends and kids where they should stay,with an opportunity in the back of the property to create a “walk through access” corridor between the two sides of the house with the owner owned property between the existing rear fence and the neighboring rear property.
