The best mode of transportation in Southwestern Atlanta is usually a car. It is a reasonably short car ride to the closest highway, such as Interstate 20, from any home in this community, and coming across a parking spot is quite easy. However, the public transit network in Southwestern Atlanta is not especially accessible. Nevertheless, there are a multitude of rapid transit stations on the Red Line, Blue Line and Gold Line. There are about 40 bus lines traversing the community, and bus stops are typically nearby. Walking in this part of Atlanta is not very popular, even though many daily errands can be run on foot.
