Bring all offers. A fixer uppers delight. Steal for a developer wanting to convert into 2 condos. The property is a row house located in Mt Pleasant. It is 3 finished levels. The first level is the basement from the front of the house and ground level in the back. The basement contains an “efficiency” apartment, meaning a full bath (updated 2014), small kitchen with sink, gas range/stove, refrigerator, built in eating counter, room for a queen bed and small sitting area. The apartment also has a sitting area outside to include a garden. Also in the basement is storage, washer, dryer and freezer. The one car garage (new garage door installed in October 2020 and new epoxy floor installed in August 2022) and one outside parking spot are accessible through the basement. The second level is the front porch (new ceiling installed in April 2021), living room, dining room, kitchen, den and powder room. Water leak required removal of 1/2 the kitchen, powder room and much of the den. Water leak has been repaired and new sewage pipe installed. At this time, those areas are stripped to the studs. Construction to repair/replace has not begun. We also had a water leak on the front porch. That leak has been fixed, thus new roof and new deck floor, the plaster issues inside have not been repaired. The third floor is a full bath (updated 2012), 3 bedrooms and a sun room. There is also a deck attached to the front bedroom which had a new floor and railing installed in April 2021. There was a roof leak fixed in March 2022. The plaster repair in the front bedroom has not been repaired. There is also a walk up attic. While the attic is technically unfinished, 1/2 the attic does have flooring and is used for storage. The metal roof on the house was sanded and painted in March 2022 at which time all three skylights were also removed and replaced. New gutters were also installed in March 2022. The house is listed as-is/where-is.
