Liberty City is reasonably well-suited for those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be carried out without the use of a vehicle, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. The public transit system in this part of the municipality is not especially convenient. Nonetheless, residents can count on various rapid transit stations on the Metrorail. Property owners can rely on the Brownsville Station, M.L. King Station and Northside Station on the Metrorail. There are about 10 bus lines passing through the neighborhood, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. In contrast, cars are a fairly good transportation option in this part of the municipality. Nearby highways, such as Interstate 95, are reasonably easy to access from any location in Liberty City, and it is convenient to come across a place to park.
