Driving is an excellent medium of transportation in this neighborhood. It is very convenient to access a place to park, and many houses for sale are a short drive from the nearest highway, such as Freeway. On the other hand, public transit riders may have very few choices in this neighborhood due to the low service level. Fossil Park is not very suited for bicycling because there are very few bike lanes, and there are a good number of hills for cyclists to brave. Many of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are also not very conducive to walking since few common errands can be run on foot.
Residents will welcome that wherever their property is located in Fossil Park, primary schools are nearby. In contrast, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. Concerning food, the closest grocery store in Fossil Park is usually only a reasonably short walk away. Residents can enjoy approximately 20 restaurants and cafes as well.
