This part of the city has a good choice of housing size options, ranging from lofts to four or more bedrooms. About two thirds of the population of this neighborhood own their home while the rest are renters. The homes in this neighborhood are quite old, since roughly 45% of its dwellings were built before the 1960s, while the majority of the remaining buildings were constructed in the 1960s and the 1980s.
