This allows all-weather action without the cracking, chipping and peeling that comes with a hard court. The surface is highly resilient and rapidly returns to playability in all types of weather. The garden is a mix of flat and rolling lawn with mature trees which provide screening from neighboring properties. A pool can easily be accommodated in several different parts of the garden. Trees include oak, tulip poplar, Norway Spruce, weeping cherry, black locust, and dogwood, among others. An extra buffer of land between the privately-owned gravel Bulls Neck Road and Potomac Knolls protects the property to the west and creates even more privacy.
