There is ample room on the top of the lot for additional Agricultural Accessory buildings, or an Ohana, and perhaps even a small paddock. FYI the original home on the property burned down, so I'm not sure if there is any advantage in permitting, or not, but might be worth a try. The variety of exotic plants in the gulch is amazing. There is vanilla vine, bananas, sweet tangerines, and other plants that I've never even seen. If you're a jungle lover, then this one is great!
