Exciting news on the transportation front too! Brightline is making moves with a High-Speed Rail from Las Vegas to Rancho Cucamonga, and there's going to be a Victor Valley Station in North Apple Valley. It'll be situated on a 300-acre property southeast of the Dale Evans Parkway and I-15 interchange, just about 4.5 miles northwest of our property. This property does not yet have an address.
