I know you will love living in this Mountain Community. It is gated and is upscale for home owners who want to build their dream home and that are looking for a perfect mountain Retreat. There are two small parks close to this lot that you can walk to and watch the Creek flow by. The lot has a water fall on it and across from this lot is a waterfall so you can enjoy the sound of flowing water all day. This is a gated community so you must have an agent. . I have put easy to see markers at the corners of the front of the lot which was taken from an app called LandGlide. These are not official survey markers. Markers are just to help you see approximately where the front corners are. The lot has been recently surveyed but didn't have easy to see markers at the front.
