Recent upgrades done on the cabin include plumbing, a new propane tank with a new gas line and a new hot water heater. A new Shower ring and faucet has been added to free-standing claw-foot tub. The metal roof is fairly new, and logs have been recently sealed. The front trellis and stairs were recently stained and painted. The Rio Grande River runs through the Park located in the San Juan Mountains. The water, which is provided by Masonic Park, runs from May 15 to October 15. Masonic Park owns all the land that the cabins sit on, so you do not own the land under the cabin. To purchase a cabin in Masonic Park, you must be a Mason or Eastern Star. You are close to the national forest, hiking, fishing, ATV trails, the Rio Grande Golf & Fishing Resort, mountain lakes & streams. Lots of deer and birds are seen in this area.
