When a girl from Coatesville and a boy from Canada met in New York city and moved all over the world they thought 4 Sunshine Circle would be a home they lived in for about five years. They could not have been more wrong! 17 years later they are still the only owners of this beautiful property that now holds incredible memories, love, and laughter. Only a job change for the Mr. brings this forever home to the market. Babies took their first steps here, played a lot of hockey here, it’s home to some of the most epic bbq’s, and incredible moments enjoying the sunsets that many guests have come to enjoy. We chose this home 17 years ago because of the amazing 1.5 acre lot and privacy that is so hard to find these days.
