In the Bible, the Genesis account describes how the Lord put all of creation together in 6 days and on the 7th day He rested. What did He do on the 8th day? On the 8th day, God looked down on his planned paradise He built in 2008 at 420 Creek Bottoms Place and said, “I need a caretaker,” so God made a buyer. God said, “I need somebody willing to get up before dawn to see the sunrise crest over the treeline, drive posts and run wire along 34+ acres if they intend to see black angus cattle grazing in the rolling pastures, work all day in the fields and then ride the tractor back to a concrete floored 30’ x 50’ detached garage / workshop with two 16’ electric garage doors, separate electric service panel with receptacles, lights, rough-plumbed for a half bath, and space to accommodate 4 vehicles easy. So God made a buyer. He said, “I need somebody who will appreciate wide plank oak floors, cathedral ceilings in the den, a gas log fireplace and a view from the back porch that will wake you up early for sunrises and keep you up late for stargazing. Someone who will love custom cabinets in the kitchen that’s accompanied by a walk-in pantry, a screened in-porch to warn off the “skeeters,” and a side porch to sizzle steaks for dinner. So God made a buyer. God said, “I built this house with the owners suite on the main level with a spacious owner’s suite bathroom, handicap width accessibility, large closets, an office, a powder room, a laundry room, and easy access to the two car attached garage that has floored attic space for more storage.” He said, “The main level is heated and cooled with its own HVAC and has its own dedicated water heater– separate from the lower level that also has laundry room hookups, its own water heater, unfinished storage space and a storm shelter, two beautiful bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a powder room, a kitchenette, a heated and cooled garage / workshop, a den with a gas log fireplace and walkout french doors that lead you to the pull around driveway.” So God made a buyer. If this masterpiece was not beautiful enough, God said I want to create a space for memories to be made. So He created a lush creek bottom that hosts fog in the meadows, a creek that stretches across the entire southwest border of the property, and numerous springs that keep the bass & brim-filled pond full year round– a place of solace and solitude only to be interrupted by a child with a cane pole shouting, “Hey, I got one!” So God made a buyer. Is that buyer you? Are these fields your dream? Is this 3000+ sqft home on over 34 acres what you’ve been looking for? Here’s your opportunity. Make the move. Start planting roots now before this once in a lifetime opportunity fades into the sunset.
