It's the biggest floor plan that was available to build in the subdivision known as the Brighton II, and I'm sure one of the biggest houses on the street. Nice open floor concept, high ceilings, and elegant hardwood floors throughout the common areas. It features a beautiful eat in kitchen with a large island and breakfast nook to sit in and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while looking out the window. There are two pantries. It has a nice formal dining room. There is a locker area to hang coats/jackets, and store shoes that is great for organization. There is a walk way into the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is spacious and has nice vaulted ceilings. There are two walk-in closets. Large primary bathroom. It features double vanity, a jacuzzi, double shower head walk through shower, and a towel closet. The toilet area is closed off which is always a plus for privacy. The second closet for the primary bedroom leads to the laundry room. There is also a half bath which is great for guests. The stairs are hardwood as well and have beautiful iron rails that add an extra touch of luxury. The loft area is a favorite. It's so many possibilities for the space. You can place a classic piano there, make it a sitting area, or even an office. There are two bedrooms upstairs and a jack and jill bathroom with double vanity and a closed off shower and toilet area which again is a plus. There are two parts to the bonus room.
