This lot is NOT in a flood zone and does not require Flood insurance. The HOA dues are $530 for 2024 (which includes the HOA fee and the yearly $100 road assessment. There is a one time new owner transfer fee of $500 payable at closing. The lot is nearly level making this a great value for the size, location and nearby lake access.
