Directions: Use 6976 Travelers Rest Rd Easton address to get close. You will see 'Soleil on the Bay' sign. This is the neighbors property, not lot 40, which is the land for sale. You should see FOR SALE sign on Travelers Rest Rd next to the sign mentioned. Turn onto the black top driveway which is close to the entrance to the property. The 6976 Travelers Rest property, shares a driveway at the beginning, and then LOT 40 splits off to the right. Look for tire tracks. Shortly up the lane you will see orange flags to indicate where to drive over the grassy area. It should be very easy to see the new white rock driveway. Follow that white rock driveway (there are also orange flags along the way) “thru the woods” to indicate the lane. You can drive back pretty close to the waterfront area, BUT please stop once you reach the clearing & grassy area. There are several tree stumps that are not easy to see. Walk out to the water and see the stunning SW views.
